Today we had a very full day exploring the city of Turino! We first saw the palace as well as the chapel that the shroud is kept in. We then had some free time to explore the city. Turino is the birthplace of hazel nut spread, so of course I had to buy some while I was there! We then sampled hot chocolate with cookies!
After the chocolate sting we headed to Cuneo where we had a delicious four course meal. We had fresh bread and Prosecco to start. We then had a risotto with veal. For the main course we had a pork with three different sauces. And finally for dessert I had a coffee panacotta with gelato and a crumble! The food here is delicious and I can‘t wait to explore some more tomorrow!
